Mr. Shreshth Sethi is working as a Legal Associate with SR Law Firm. He is the head of the Arbitration Department. Mr. Sethi has a vast experience in the field of arbitration and litigation including section 9 and 17 of Arbitration and Conciliation Act, property disputes, financial disputes, criminal law, and Intellectual Property laws. He also has a specialization in Intellectual Property Rights.

Moreover, he focuses on the white collar crimes practice and has advised and represented clients in criminal proceedings before various central and state government authorities and investigative agencies. He has also advised on legal aspects and documentation for projects at all stages, from bidding and tendering to operations and maintenance.
