Ms. Shobha Gupta

Ms. Shobha Gupta, an erudite legal professional with over twenty-two years of experience in practicing law in all districts courts, Delhi High Court and the Supreme Court. After graduation from Rajasthan University she pursued her passion in law and obtained her degree and an additional diploma in Labour Law.

Her immaculate career started at the Delhi District Courts in 1999 and later moved on to the Hon’ble Delhi High Court where she has been standing counsel for the Municipal Corporation of Delhi, the Delhi Jal Board and the Gram Sabha. Ms. Gupta further has diverse experience in representing extensively on Constitutional, Service, Revenue, Property, Civil and Criminal matters both for the state and private citizens. She has been working conscientiously and diligently and is currently running S.R. Law firm, where she is assisted by a seasoned team of legal professionals.

Being upright heathen with only law as her guiding principal, she was awarded for outstanding contribution to society by “Dr. Lal’s Foundation” in 2015, where she has been rendering her legal service and aid on non-profit basis representing the rights of the underprivileged and differently abled members of the society. In the year 2016, she was awarded with “Distinguished Citizen of India” in recognition of her humanitarian acts in establishing and supporting the society for advancement of peace and harmony. She has also been legal advisor to the Sat Kartar Satsan Ghar Charitable Society. In the year 2019 she was awarded by the “Meadows Foundation Trust” for her exemplary contribution to the legal profession. Furthermore, owing to her impartial and honest stand on matters she has been invited as an eminent speaker at various forums and was awarded for her distinguished contributions by the BW Business World in 2018.
