Shobha Gupta Advocate is the principal founder of S.R.Law firm.

Shobha Gupta is an erudite legal professional with over twenty-two years of experience in practicing law. After graduation from Rajasthan University she pursued her passion in law and obtained her degree and an additional diploma in Labour Law. 

Her immaculate career started off at the Delhi District Courts in 1999 and later moved on to the Hon’ble Delhi High Court where she has been a standing counsel, representing the Municipal Corporation of Delhi, the Delhi Jal Board and the Gram Sabha, various Banks. During her widely diverse experience in representing legal matters, she has worked extensively on Constitutional, Service, Revenue, Property, Civil and Criminal matters both for the state and private citizens. She has been working conscientiously and diligently.

Despite being successful, smart and liberal she has a courtly vinesse demeanor and has a reputed clientele list consisting of Nationalized Banks such as Oriental Bank of Commerce, State Bank of India, Punjab and Sindh Bank, Punjab National Bank, Andhra Bank, Bank of Baroda, and represents them before the Hon'ble Delhi High Court, the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India Court, NCLT, DRAT, DRT, AIIFR, the Education Tribunal and BIIFR (now abolished). She has also represented Institutions such as the Delhi Sikh Gurdwara Management Committee GSGMC. 

Amongst her many achievement, she has successfully represented client matters of significant sums of claims such as matter titled as M/S Banas Sands TTC Jv Vs. South Delhi Municipal Corporation of Delhi, with a claim of 800 Cr awarded in the favor of her client owing to her tireless and adroit efforts.

Pursuant to her desire to strive forever growing knowledge and astute, she has been part of the 40-Hour Civil/Commercial Mediation Training program with ADR ODR International. 

Being upright heathen with only law as her guiding principal, she was awarded for outstanding contribution to society by “Dr. Lal’s Foundation” in 2015, where she has been rendering her legal service and aid on non-profit basis representing the rights of the underprivileged and differently abled members of the society. In the year 2016, she was awarded with “Distinguished Citizen of India” in recognition of her humanitarian acts in establishing and supporting the society for advancement of peace and harmony. She has also been legal advisor to the Sat KartarSatsanGhar Charitable Society. In the year 2019 the “Meadows Foundation Trust” for her exemplary contribution to the legal profession awarded her. 

Owing to her impartial and honest stand on matters she has been invited as an eminent speaker at various forums and was awarded for her distinguished contributions by the BW Business World in 2018.

She is extremely popular and eminently respectable amongst her peers and is an active member of the Bar Associations of Supreme Court and Delhi High Court. She has been the captain of the women’s cricket team and has been awarded the  “All Rounder's” trophy by the Supreme Court Bar association in 2019
